The gardens surrounding the hotel were beautifully maintained. The staff were charming and genuinely helpful, which enhanced my overall experience. I thoroughly enjoyed the really good breakfast options. They were a great start to my day. I also appreciated the convenient local taxi service.

The room felt a bit dated.

The staff is friendly and cute, and the restaurant offers a range of delicious meals. The outdoor area is perfect for relaxation and the pool appearance is quite inviting,, even if i didn't get a chance to swim.

I really enjoyed my stay with comfortable beds and refreshing bottled water provided daily. The pool was perfect for relaxation and the outdoor area offered a lovely space to unwind. Just a small note, the iron I asked for took a while to arrive, but it didn't really affect my overall experience. 😊

We ate at a clean restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The view was delightful onto the gardens. Peaceful location - a short walk to everywhere we needed. Besides, Pumps was 4 km away from the property.

Fairly clean place with courteous and nice staff. Exceptionally comfortable beds and impeccably clean and huge room. Fresh food in the pool area for breakfast. Marvellous location in Harare, just next door to the coffee shop, and the centre of the reception area. Also, very close to the city center...
